At a senior living residence in Beltsville, Maryland, CBE Glass installed storefront entrances, vestibule doors and windows, with accessible door hardware and smooth thresholds for residents.

The challenge

Healthcare facilities demand safe, cleanable materials and installers who can work around patients, staff and strict infection-control rules, often in buildings that never close.

Our solution

We laid out and anchored the aluminum storefront framing, glazed it with tempered safety glass and installed the entrance doors with commercial-grade closers, pivots and locks, finishing every joint with weathertight sealant. Throughout the job, our team coordinated closely with the general contractor and the owner, kept the site clean and safe, and protected finished surfaces until turnover.
