Cortland Project
For the Cortland project, our shop and field crews fabricated and assembled glass and framing components on site before installation, showing the preparation behind every clean glazing job.
The challenge
Commercial projects combine design ambitions with tight construction schedules, coordination with multiple trades and precise tolerances on site.
Our solution
We laid out and anchored the aluminum storefront framing, glazed it with tempered safety glass and installed the entrance doors with commercial-grade closers, pivots and locks, finishing every joint with weathertight sealant. Throughout the job, our team coordinated closely with the general contractor and the owner, kept the site clean and safe, and protected finished surfaces until turnover.
The result
The owner gets a modern, light-filled building with glazing that performs, looks sharp and is backed by a responsive local glass contractor.
