Twinbrook Building
At the Twinbrook building in Rockville, Maryland, working with Clark Construction, our crew installed interior glazing and railing work in the lobby and stair areas, alongside a decorative stone feature wall.
The challenge
Commercial projects combine design ambitions with tight construction schedules, coordination with multiple trades and precise tolerances on site.
Our solution
Each glass guard and railing panel was set level and plumb with code-compliant fittings, delivering safety without blocking light or views. Interior glass was measured on site and installed with precise reveals, tempered safety glass and quality door hardware for a seamless finish. Throughout the job, our team coordinated closely with the general contractor, Clark Construction and the owner, kept the site clean and safe, and protected finished surfaces until turnover.
The result
